This is a fried chicken beer shop, the taste is OK, the fried chicken is very fragrant, the beer is not bad.

I was at Turnberry Isle for an event, decided to walk down stairs to try Corsair for dinner. I decided to eat outside...while it was a bit hot and very humid...the atmosphere was nice and the view great. The menu is simple, but the options were very good. I wanted something light, so I had the Pan Seared Diver Scallops, corn pur&eacute;e, cauliflower, bacon, caper, and golden raisins. The flavors were great, the scallops were prepared just right...a very enjoyable meal...and if you are there at the hotel...very convenient.

Beautiful decor and nice seating outside with a wonderful view of the golf course. Staff is friendly and accommodating especially when we bring our dog, food and wine always delicious.

Since we did not have a car during our 4 night stay at the hotel, we ate lunch at the Corsair Kitchen several times. Choices, taste and quality was all acceptable. Nice patio. My only complaint is that they did not serve a Sunday Brunch. We got to the restaurant by 11 am and had to choose from the lunch menu. Unfortunate, given that there were no other breakfast options at the hotel that we knew of.

The dinner menu is not very inspiring and needs a lift up. Not really an aternative restaurant in the evening the choices are better in the Aventura mall for food
